Good morning, folks! Did you see the results for this week’s Thrifted or Grifted? If you did, then you probably also read that I took a little trip to Goodwill—the first since the twins were born (we survived!).

And you probably also saw my little teaser about a just-for-fun giveaway today.

Okay, everybody caught up?

Good stuff.

So, what am I giving away?

How about a fun little shopping tote in cheery spring colors (because we only have a month to go!). It has a Velcro closure at the top and a handy-dandy (BIG) pocket inside and is just all kinds of cute and convenient

P.S. In the interest of full disclosure, I nabbed it yesterday during my Goodwill trip. But even if you’re not into thrifted items, you could always enter anyway and give it as a gift to someone who is if you win!

Of course, after I saw the pictures, I wanted to keep it even more than when I first spotted it.

That’s okay, though, because I love you guys even more than I love funky, happy totes.

But I mentioned two items. So, what’s the second?

#2 is a bottle of nail polish in the perfect shade of petal pink for spring. See? Fun!

All you need to do to enter is leave me a comment answering the following question:

SPRING

If you want more entries, you can share the giveaway on FB, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, or any other social media outlet (there are already handy-dandy buttons for the FB and Twitter options at the bottom of the page) and leave me a separate comment for each share.

The fine print: Sorry, but this giveaway is open only to residents of U.S. and Canada. I’ll announce a winner on Wednesday, February 27.

And now for a little sharing of my own. Here are the links that caught my eye from last week’s party:

  1. I love being able to run around outside barefoot or in sandals, getting to spend more time in nature, not having to crank up the thermostat to keep warm, the sun, oh the sun…can you tell I’ve got some cabin fever and I’m suuuuuper ready for the seasons to change this year? 😉

  2. LOVE LOVE LOVE the bag!!

I love spring… snow melts away and we get gorgeous spring flowers!

Thanks for the party and DOUBLE thank you for the feature!! Have a great weekend Abbie!

  3. …and I look forward to spring because the first day of Spring is my birthday, and I love the anticipation of summer!

  4. Seeing as I live in Canada, I will be waiting for the joys of spring until mid april but I look forward to wearing flats! Shoes that don’t require socks! Ooh, and light jackets vs parkas. And not needing mitts. Haha, can you tell it’s been a long winter here??

  5. I love the warmer weather!! By the time Spring comes around, I am sick of the cold. I can’t wait for warmer weather and being able to wear sandals and maxi dresses and skirts!

  6. I had to laugh when you said spring was only a month away. Where I come from, spring doesn’t show up until May. (Not an exaggeration.) I’ll be living vicariously through you. 🙂

  7. Redemption and Renewal! Nothing reminds me more of God’s unending love and our daily abundance of mercy than Spring. To go from drab and dreary to bright and ‘Son’ny!! I’ll take a life size dose of spring everyday!! 😀 Just saying!

  8. My absolute favorite thing about spring is that it usually starts in January here in south Texas! I love being able to wear short sleeves and bare toes before Groundhog’s Day 🙂

  9. My favorite thing about spring is the community aspect – being outdoors in a family friendly n’hood always presents itself opportunity for conversation, BBQs, sprinklers, etc with those nearby.

  10. I love green! Seriously, the best part about spring is seeing everything come back to life. It just makes me happy.

  11. Thank you for featuring my Party Time Bingo Dabber tutorial! I love the blooms of spring 🙂

  12. Things I love about spring…..Sprinkling the house with touches of spring (spring has sprung in a frame, whimsical flower arrangements), Pretty white pants, white shoes, white purses (a good Southern girl knows she can’t wear white until Easter Sunday), Reading on the back porch in the late afternoon, Intently waiting on my calla lilies to bloom (given to me when my daddy died 3 years ago and they have bloomed every single year since then on Easter Sunday, Nice walks in the neighborhood with the kiddos for PE during our homeschool day, Green grass, growing plants, and great deals on flip flops!!! S-P-R-I-N-G!!!!!!

  13. I love, love Spring, green grass, gardening, Easter, kids get to play outside, fresh vegies, flip flops, capris, oh yeah I love Spring.

  14. I live in FL, so our Spring is everyone else’s Summer, and it’s been in full swing for a while now. I love the slightly cooler weather before the real heat kicks in. I can actually wear (thin) long sleeve shirts without melting.

  15. I just want to tell you how much I am enjoying your blog! I too have 5 kids and live and breathe for the color robins egg blue and teal!
My twins and endometriosis did such a number on my organs that I had to have a hysterectomy and I’m currently recovering from that sitting in bed. My friend sent over a link to your Della room and I’ve been enjoying reading through your amazing finds and ideas.
My favorite thing about Spring is watching my peach tree go from lifeless to full of beautiful pink blossoms. I live in AZ where we don’t get much change in the seasons but that peach tree reminds me every year of the joy of change and rebirth.
Thanks again for giving me great reading material through my recovery!

I love hearing from you guys!
